Innovation Group (formerly Nobilas Claims and Fleet Solutions) 2008 – Jan 2009
Role: Repair Network Services Team Leader
Key achievements/responsibilities are as per Nobilas (below) with addition to:
-Integrating 200 new repairers into existing repair network following company acquisition (Increasing team to 5 FTE’s). Includes direct liaising with large insurers A.I.G and National Farmers Union.
-Designed a database to support all suppliers.
-Selected for short term management of Total Loss department for implementation of a large VIP client.
-Designed and created fully automated Total Loss IT system for 6500+ claims per year.
-Requested as head advisor/tester for Innovations’ global IT system implementation.
-Responsible for advising on 4 departments' requirements on said system.
Nobilas Claims & Fleet Solutions (formerly AON Risk Management) 2005 – 2008
Role: Repair Network Services Team Leader
Key achievements/responsibilities as per Aon with addition to:
-Promoted to Network Services Team Leader – responsible for 3 FTE’s -Responsible for management of 150+ vehicle repairers' work flow and contracts.
-Designed, produced and distributed a branded repairer information pack on CD (a website on a disc) to all contracted repairers for daily use (created on Dreamweaver).
-Key advisor/tester for Nobilas’ new European IT system. Role included regular meetings in Holland for discussions on development and testing.
-Made account manager for Kwik Fit tyre UK account (£40k b2b spend per annum).
-Responsible for Fleet Imaging programme including Livery and Paint procurement for Hanson, Tarmac and TNT vehicles.
Aon Risk Management 2003 – 2005 (Acquired by Nobilas Claims & Fleet Solutions 2005)
Role: Network Senior Advisor
Key achievements/responsibilities:
-Promoted to Senior Advisor -Responsible for exception management of repair processes for 150+ clients including BP, BBC and AXA insurance.
-Dealing with any repair complaints directly to full FSA approved resolution.
-In charge of all specialist vehicle repair allocation and repair monitoring to tight SLA’s
University of Wolverhampton – 2002 – 2003
-Final Degree year. Fully designed and developed to a working prototype a Temporary Replacement Wing Mirror system for commercial fleet vehicles.
AON Risk Management (year placement) – 2001-2002
Role: BT Repair Controller
Key Responsibilities:
-British Telecom accident repair advisor. Responsible for daily management of accident repairs. Role included customer communication, repairer/supplier relations, parts procurement and management of repair down time.

Key Responsibilities:
-Temporary work in the British Telecom accident repair team. Responsible for daily general management of accident repairs to BT vans.
